When you work with Amy, you will get a partner in working with you on your wedding. 

After your initial consultation you will receive:

• 4 weeks of unlimited phone, text and email leading up to your wedding

• Work with you and the venue on logistics and set up diagrams (one site visit prior to the wedding)

• Produce a timeline, contact sheet and final logistics document

• Organize and facilitate the rehearsal

• Vendor coordination for all deliveries, set up and primary contact day of

• Direction of all decorating and logistics

• Training and organization of ushers, guest book attendants and servers

• Work with the photographer to ensure timeliness and the wedding party is prepared

• Help to make sure the bridal party is ready and help guide the processional, recessional and reception activities

• Collaborate with the DJ or emcee to make sure reception activities are as designed

• Work with the venue to ensure end of night is as agreed
